Breathing is the most intimate relationship we have with the environment.
We can go for weeks without food, days without water, but only minutes without the breath.
In Wild Nephin National Park we breathe air that has touched the mountains, it touches the inside of our lungs. When we breathe out the bog absorbs our carbon dioxide, we breathe in oxygen from the plants and trees.
This project is about embodying the landscape of Wild Nephin National Park.
We will use breathwork, mindfulness, open focus and a deep meditative practice called yoga nidra or NDSR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) to facilitate this conscious connection.
