Summer Solstice Gathering

Wilderland is joining with Wild Nephin National Park and its local communities to host a Summer Solstice Gathering.

Join us to celebrate the Summer Solstice with an afternoon of music, food and refreshments, and free creative workshops for all the family from 2-5pm. We'll have traditional music and songs with local musicians, so bring your own musical instruments and join the fun, or bring some homemade seasonal food to share with the community potluck.

Our Wilderland artists will be hosting drop-in arts workshops all afternoon, you can hear about their sustainable arts projects and find out how you and your community can get involved in making collaborative artworks this summer.

And why not start the day with a guided habitat hike in Wild Nephin National Park to learn all about mountain heath and upland grasslands.

Bus: community bus leaving from Keenagh Church car park at 1.30pm, returning at 5pm.

Car: parking on site at Letterkeen Trailhead car park
